We are currently carrying out an online study investigating the role of mindfulness in the workplace. This is a first step of a new research project studying the potential benefits of mindfulness practice in the workplace.

As we know that levels of mindfulness do not only depend on whether somebody meditates or not, we are looking for people who do meditate and also for people who do not – and may never – meditate.
